Our parcel might be damaged because of long-journey for international delivery.
You could contact our customer service and provide us photos of the broken parts. So that we can identify the specific reasons for it and provide you with better services. It also helps us avoid to make the same thing happend again.

2.About wrong parcel:

3.About missing items:

If you had missed parts of your parcel.Please contact our customer service and provide us photos of your parcel and order number.So that we can identify the missed items for it and provide you with better services.After we confirm that have missed items we could arrange to ship it out for free or refund the fee of missed items part.

4.About return:

Once the goods are sent out, we do not accept refunds without reason.

5.About cancel:

We can cancel order for free within 24 hours. If the order is canceled within 24-48 hours, a labor fee will be charged. Once the item is shipped, canceling the order will incur the seller's postage and labor costs.

6.About product

There are usually slight flaws in handicrafts, and the purchase means you accept it by default, and the return of the product is not allowed on the grounds of slight flaws.
